This simple recipe makes a delicious sauce ready for pizza-just add your market veggies and bake!
2-3 Garlic Cloves minced
Fresh Basil chopped
Fresh Oregano chopped
Core and score each of the tomatoes, place in a pot and cover with water. Boil until skin pulls away. Drain water, cool until not hot to touch, peel skins.
Saute onion and garlic, until soft and fragrant. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, and seasonings. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Place in blender or use an immersion blender to create a smooth sauce. Enjoy!
