About the Market

The Hillsboro Farmers Market Wednesday at Tanasbourne started its fourth season in 2013.  This is a favorite market for busy families looking for fresh ingredients and a bite to eat on a summer evening during the week.  The market is again hosting four Cuisine and Culture Festivals this season, showcasing music, performing arts, kids crafts, and delicious options from India, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East and Latin America.  This market welcomes 25 vendors and 1000 customers each week.

 Dates: Wednesday Evenings, June 5th – August 28th, 2013
 Hours: 4:00pm to 7:30pm
 Location: The market is located on the corner of  NW Cornell Rd. and Stucki Avenue, in the Whole Foods parking lot.

Programs

WIC/SNAP

SNAP and WIC customers are welcome at this market.  HFM continues its highly successfully SNAP/ Oregon Trail Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) market money options for our customers. Shoppers can use their debit or Oregon Trail card at the HFM information booth in exchange for market money (wooden tokens) at the HFM information booth. WIC customers can use their vouchers directly with vendors that are authorized to accept these vouchers.   Look for the blue WIC Accepted signs posted in vendor stalls, or ask about WIC approved vendors at the info booth if you are looking to use your WIC voucher at our markets.
