Market Kitchen is our comprehensive cooking, demonstration, and education program that promotes food literacy and builds stronger connections with local food systems.
This program connects community resources with our customers to cooking, nutrition education, seasonal eating, exploration of new ingredients, food preservation tips, gardening information, and more. Studies show that education about healthy eating, cooking, shopping and gardening can reduce the incidence of chronic disease and reduce obesity.
