The Jamblers play a blend of acoustic-Americana style music that everyone can enjoy. Folk, rock, bluegrass, jazz, country, alt-indie, pop, Irish – and plenty of originals that are hard to classify, but all of which fit nicely into their overall harmony-driven stringband sound; and that sound fits especially well in a festive summer outdoor environment like the Hillsboro Farmers’ Market!  

 They’re veteran musicians who know quality and know how to entertain - and how to light up the atmosphere with lively,  thoughtful and fun music. Whether you’re looking for melons or melodies, grapes or guitars, rutabagas or rhythms, cabbages or congas, you’ll like what you hear as you shop and enjoy the midsummer sunshine.

  The band members – Gene, Katie, Sarah and Jeremy - each come from different but compatible musical backgrounds, which they jamble together, rehearse and polish, and play for you. Some folks call it “Variety”. They just call it “Music”, and they look forward to meeting you at the Market in July!
